Don't surrender to the status quo. Our gov is scared to release these men, after we tortured, humiliated and pre judged them. All the al queda leaders are dead. Facts show that our CIA was deeply involved in the attacks. Conspiracies are theories until they are proven with facts . Research inform know the truth

I'll support Gary if Ron Paul doesn't run.

Fair enough. If Ron Paul doesn't get the GOP nomination and doesn't run third party, I hope Gary or Jesse Ventura runs third party. I would vote for either of them.

Governor Johnson stated in this video, "I would not close Gitmo." There is nothing misleading about that. I like Gary Johnson, but I have watched him "hedge his bets" on too many occasions, specifically the "military tribunals" and on drug legalization.. Quite frankly I resent your suggestion that I am being in way misleading. If Ron Paul did not get the nomination of if Governor Johnson ran as a Libertarian and Ron Paul did not get the Republican nomination, I would vote for him.

I still disagree with Governor Johnson on the issue of "military tribunals". Military tribunals are appropriate ONLY in a declared war involving hostile forces representing other governments. Further the mere existence of facilities such as Gitmo invite abuse, as they are not subject to the same standards or scrutiny as federal correctional facilities. Further, Ron Paul has pointed out that foreign terrorists have been successfully prosecuted in federal courts.

I agree 100%.

Gary has too many "Pawlenty moments". He had a great opportunity to defend the legalization of marijuana and blew it, then he had a great opportunity to stand up for human rights and blew that, as well.
