My frist session with the GoPro Wide in knee high soup. Great framing with the wide-angle! Way to go - GoPro!!!

By the way, I've found the best way to compress the video after editing is a good high quality h.264 mpg4 codec. The quality is every bit as good as the original files, and the filesize is not bad either. Youtube and Vimeo seem to like it as well.

For anyone else wondering, I was able to get past the audio sync issues to edit with Video Studio Pro X2. I run the files through VirtualDub, set video to direct stream copy and audio to full processing mode, it outputs a file with decompressed wav audio in a matter of seconds. Those files will now work well in any editor I've tried. Hope that helps!
