late at night, hop on youtube, see a friend needs help so here i am with my words of wisdom...well barely. NOT IN THE VIDEO: i sugjest healthier snacks, carrot sticks you know stuff like that. change soda to any other type of drink really, juice water, anything like that. snacks would be a nono but i cant get off those fully lol. i love me my gummy worms.
