Awesome recreation of Beowulf. I'm sure the book, Eaters of the Dead, is much better than the film though.

I don't care if this movie is not correct according to Islams history, or any other history for that matter. Doesn't seem like Islam was popular in the areas around Volga, anyways, and thats no surprise. I will not say this movie is good, because its not, but I like it. The greatest fail in the film ( exept for the historical faults) is that the natives rides on horses??? They live in caves, and worship skulls, how can they ride horses??? Its like medieval men would build a space shuttle.
