Hank Marvin & Mark Knopfler first dueted on Mark's 'Going Home' Theme from The 'Local Hero' at a Dire Straits concert in 1985. The Shadows had recorded it in '83 for their XXV album. Later in '94 Hank Marvin & Mark Knopfler dueted again for The Shadows classic in a remake of 'Wonderful Land' with Brian Bennett Drums and Rhythm Guitar by Jeff Lynne from ELO who also produced this track. It was released as a single and also appeared on Hank's Heartbeat, singles & Guitar Ballads albums. Enjoy!

  • @ZEC2ZEC That´s right, Mike´s the greatest guitar player worldwide

  • Mike Oldfield's version from "QE2" is the best of the best ! No question.

  • C'est "Tout Bon".

  • i just want and watched Tony Lommi's.........I prefer this style of playing.

  • Very cool.

  • @s13hgp I totally agree with you.

  • this is sublime in sound and quality - just wonderful....

  • Tony Iommi's version is top in my opinion, but this is also great. And Mike Oldfield did also great cover.
