@TwistedWithin Considering the majority of their lyrics are about the period from the end of the first world war to the end of the second, I'd think it's also likely about how homosexuals had to live in secrecy at establishments like these, since it was considered illegal and a mental disorder at the time - and especially in norway, during the german occupation, where being suspected for homosexuality could give you a ticket to a concentration camp.

@mortarman288 As far as I understand, it's about inhibited homosexuality; here is the case of a man who goes to a kind of love-hotel without really admitting what he's seeking for - an occasion to have sex with a man. Since I'm not Norwegian, I can't tell exaclty, but the small part of the lyrics I've caught is about it. =)
