i don't understand how he can talk about the negative consequences of fertilizers in this talk while his work in africa is all about genetically modified seeds and fertilizers. (intensive resource use, anyone?)
The democracy in US is really very superficial on the surface. What we need to learn is not democracy in US, maybe from other more democratic countries.
I definitely do not agree the girl student's comment on China. She does not know China that well. We are a culture that diffuse 55 minorities ethics together. We are not a war-like people. She is too ignorant of us.
