Project SA - Rope Snake is a snake (v2 in Comments!)

I remember Lucas peeps wanted a tether that you know...did something.

I was like: "Hell...Rope Snake was a charming character in MOTHER3. Insightful, intelligent, strong, brave, and reliable...so much that he went into a hole and pretended to be a worm...or at least...if memory serves...

So here, another simple mod that I just put together with a little bit of effort.

Stats:

(1 hitbox only)
Damage: 4%
Trajectory: 60 degrees
KBG: 30
BKB: 60

So your standard zair...copied from Toon Link as framework.

However, I had to do some quick patch-ups:

Assigned to bone ID 39. This seems to be around his hand, or just slightly outside of it. It's normally used for his Fsmash.
Y offset: 620000, this makes the hitbox reach out all the way to Mr. Rope Snake's head. It was originally 600000, but did not reach to Mr. Rope Snake's tip. This has been fixed.

Also unlike other tethers, the hitbox is ALL of Mr. Rope Snake, not just the "head."

What I've fixed:

Like other zairs the hitbox now terminates after a set period of time. I emulated the time interval patterns of Toon Link's zair, but applied it onto Lucas's zair framework. It feels like it was always in the game imo.

Also Rope Snake always stretched HUMONGOUSLY, but I never cared for Lucas until now. Flint is just cooler lol. False alarm haha.

If anyone really even cares about this mod rofl.

Rope Snake is too small to really be used as a spacing tool, and thus is mostly a combo move catered to the Brawl+ audience. But hey, I'm sure it's better than nothing rofl.

Also I must stress that this Lucas is not tourney legal. I am not held responsible if you accidentally left this on while playing a tournament set with textures (which also loads this file).
