    My car had a safety issue. The manufacturer uses SAFETY as a selling feature. The dealership couldn't care less—or maybe it was just careless. (The RAV4 was recalled for worse safety issues.)

    The fact is that Corporate responsibility is not just a First World Problem. Family and child safety is not a First World Problem.

    You don't understand the meme very well. You miss the point. Your advice is to pass the problems on to the next guy.

    Safe & dependable / reliable? Yeah, we thought so too. Truth: I'm angry.

    Today, my wife took our 2011 Outback for servicing at the dealership. Surprise! There was a RECALL several months ago—that we were NOT informed of. A week "to get the parts in" and she's forced to drive our two toddlers home in a ("that's all we got") Budget Toyota RAV4.

    Subaru was thoughtless, inconsiderate, and totally LAME. We are very dissatisfied customers—YET, we still have to make payments! I'd love a response.
