Tristan Prettyman has such natural beauty. She doesn't have to cover herself with make up or plastic surgery. She has a beautiful voice too

I don't think the duet with Mraz or dating him was about getting more publicity. He wasn't all that well known at that time, his songs weren't played in my area at all, and most people who were fans of him then already knew about TP because he had her listed in the musician friends area of his website way back when. That's how I found out about her, from that list in '02-'03.
Sure, she probably got more fans through that duet and dating him, but that wasn't why she did.
