Ceps in Oil
Required ingredients:
ceps
vinegar
olive oil
cloves
black pepper
laurel
- Ceps in oil are even more tasty if we ourselves found them and picked them up in the woods
- After having cleaned the ceps, let's cut them into not too thin parts as you prefer
- let's prepare a cooking pan with copious vinegar, let's add some cloves and the black pepper
- let's add our ceps as the water is reaching the boiling point
- after some minutes, let's lay our mushrooms on a dishcloth down, paying attention that they are not overcooked
- let's prepare the jars where we will put our mushrooms. Put in the jars some olive oil, cloves, black pepper and a laurel leaf as dressing of our ceps
- Put patiently the mushrooms in the jars, adding every now and then some olive oil
- leave some space in each jar to add some more oil in order that there will not be parts exposed to air
- be sure that each jar is full of oil and let's add some more black pepper and cloves. Then screw in hard the lids
