It is very silent now, this silence I have not heard before.
Robertus Reef is terminated....
15 min. before shutdown I captured these final moments.

I hate that this tank is gone, it was my main inspiration. I'm glad you'd take it down rather than let it suffer though.

So sad...you and your beautiful tank will be missed. If it's work that takes you away so much, I am sorry. I have seen many friends and family away constantly from their homes way too much. I wish the world would see there's more to life then just work...thank you for all your videos.

It was a sad day when I watched your video. I could not even write any comments. I had to come back to write this. You will be missed by all. The system that inspired so many must now be laid to rest. However, the memories will be with us forever as we push forward in our pursuit of the perfect reef tank.
We hope that we may see the rise again of a Robertus Creation.

I shut down this tank because I am away from home very often these days.
I no longer have enough time to take care for it the way I want to and I cannot stand seeing it in less than a perfect condition in the future.
I am sorry.
