@FenderB3nder35 Check out Maddaveman's gumbi tutorial video, he explains it really well. Basically, it's a cancel of the Capoeira Au Compasso/ wheel kick/ handstand kick. A cartwheel to the outside is really vague, but there's no better way to describe it.

i tried this and did kinda opposite somehow lol, started like a cartwheel and ended like a front walkover :o, when i recover i'll try again.

Can you cartwheel on your right side at all?
Learn that then try gumbis on that side.
