Had an I.T related call where the customer was complaining I had sold him a PC that would not turn on. After an extensive phone call and some marvellous patience from my side, I managed to calm the customer down enough to call our head office to seek a refund. The customer didn't have a pen and paper handy but had previously told me that he had another P.c in the room.

I would of told him to go home and clean his ears coz the headphones got the virus from him not cleanin his ears properly which then spread it to his comp and Iphone.... that'll learm him.... would b bloody hard not to crack up tho.

OMG mate I've worked in IT for over 10 years now, starting out in IT support I've heard so many dumb things that I can't even. I'm in web development now and I have to say some of the DUMBEST things I've ever heard come from a clueless Project Manager... E.G. "I am concerned that the guy who hosts our websites does not use Windows at all how can he test his servers are up and working in Internet Explorer". Seriously idiot if the server is up its up, we the devs test different browsers.

Great videos Pete , please make a video on why computers start to slow down. I have 3 computers and the main one is so slow i can't use it any more ,i have ran the disk cleanup and the defuckmenter ,and it still slow .

Yeah Pete horrible story lol, I also heard that a batery of laptop can get infected by a virus I have heard , a while ago on the radio, not sure if thats true though.
