Took mine out on a day there was very little wind and it still went. Slowly but still fun. Took it out just now in 10+ mph wind and I was zipping along. Super fun. I'm going to sail down the East River (NYC) this or next weekend! :)

Holly shit, these boats have quite a fan-base, I bought one myself yesterday at WalMart, it was on special, can't wait to test it on the lake.

Can you tie your shoes quickly? With a little practice, it gets to be like tieing your shoes.

Do they make a floor board kit for this boat ?
andrewstrassburg 1 year ago
@andrewstrassburg No. It wouldn't be hard to do yourself. But i don't find it necessary, because the inflatable floor is very firm, not soft like a Sevylor Caravelle or the other Seahawks.

Yes.

wouldn't that create drag and make the boat be harder to turn
davidworld2k6 2 years ago
In theory perhaps, but in fact the boat is extremely easy to turn and raising a leeboard doesn't make a measureable difference in speed, so we leave them both down.
