Yes and the IRS collects for them. The federal reserve has nothing to do with the forign United States government . If you use federal reserve CONTRACT notes for exchange of goods and services, you own NOTHING. The federal reserve does, so let them deal with the mess they created, remember this started in 1913, ever wonder why tax day is April 14th?
