Explore Research at the University of Florida: Wendy Dahl, an assistant professor of food science and human nutrition, explains part of UF's research into the effects of fiber on energy and calorie intake. UF is researching whether there is a change in the amount of fat tissue while taking fiber for a number of weeks.
