Among those in the auditorium was Alain Badiou who expressed himself being highly enlightened by Jan Zwicky's lecture.

She's wrong. The 'eureka' moment can be followed by another finding which can negate, or sublimate it furthur. The 'neccescity of truth' is the mode of childish inquiry, it is learnt (via formulaic concepts).It is not reflexive.
