Aloha! Even though I wasn't the most motivated today, I managed to complete this workout with frequent interruptions. Here is the edited version of the following: Jump Rope (2 min); Sit Back Squat with 20lb dumbell, Forearm Plank (x3); Thrusters with 4kg kettlebell, Situps (x3); and Kettlebell Swings with 4kg, Situps (x3) and Stretching.   • Wow! This was less than 3 months ago! I remember that day- my nephew was sick so he was very clingy. I had just started learning how to use kettlebells, so I was pushing a 4kg babybell. Everything was slower and more difficult than it is now! :)
