yours is so high because of a high volume oil pump and im just guessing here but u have a small oil filter, smaller ones make a lil more pressure

what size gauges did you put in your instrument panel? i just bought 2-5/8" autometer gauges and they sure as hell did not fit... did you get 2-1/16" gauges man? im wanting to put some autometer gauges in place of the original ones ive got in there now. let me know man, id appreciate at it

im not sure those were put in with the first 396 that was in it when my cousin had it, i can probably find out from him or look behind the gauges or somethin? ill try to find out for you
