religion was pushed into my life when the president {BUSH} outlawed stem cell research. because of religion he had a stance,and it was not for the progress of humanity..The medical advancements have been slowed down by belief's. wich means if i die 2 years before a cure came out, that religion had a had in it.........THERE IS PLENTY MORE AND THATS A PROMISE--------------------

1. Thank god the USA was founded by (mostly) secularists and deists (the atheists of their day). Otherwise atheists might not have some of the protections in America that they lack in many other countries. In many places around the world you see Atheists tortured, imprisoned, killed, ostracized and pilloried for their beliefs. In America it's not that bad usually but there is still a lot of pressure to believe, and laws passed for theological reasons that affect everyone.

1. Religion was pushed onto me at my first school, where I had 'religious studies' and was also expected to pray at the beginning of each day... Somehow I was also pushed into going to Church, though my parents were never religious, so I think that was the school too. 2. 1st memory... Discovering a window seat could be opened. 3. Most vivid dream.. Mmm, I rarely recall dreams. Darn, now that you ask I can't actually recall ANY. I don't seem to dream much. Why the questions anyway?

1: When religion mixes with politics and science, when people use religion to proove things.

2: i remember a strong blue colour from a swimming pool i once fell into.

1. In basic conversation I have no problem with theists voicing their opinions on religion. Problems I DO have are: "In God We Trust", "One Nation Under God". "Promise to tell the whole truth, so help me God".

2. I... vaguely remember my one and only trip to Alaska.

1. Well, certain groups like to go door to door trying to recruit more people. The Westboro Baptist Church likes to go around protesting military funerals and other not-so-important events. Also, some issues in this country (like gay marriage) are widely contested by religious groups, even though the church shouldn't have a say in politics.
