this is a case of bilateral cervical lymphadenitis in a 2 year old child. Its more prominent on the right side.
They were multiple non-tender lymph nodes firm in consistency and there was no matting.
there is a history of exposure to tuberculosis .
so the differential diagnosis could also include T.B.Lymphadenitis apart from any other infective pathology.
there were no oral cavity lesions or URTI in this child.
so what is the best remedy to this?
