I made a mistake when I installed Wordpress to my blog. I used admin as my username. I though I had a great password, but I didn't. I was hacked.
The hacker left links on everyone of my Wordpress blogs. I had a back-up plug-in. I thought well this will be no problem I will just back up my website.
I never tested the plug-in and I couldn't get it to work. So it took me some time and a little frustration, but I removed all the links.
My advice to you is never use "admin" as your username and pick a great password. You password should be something you don't really write about or put in your videos. For example you could have a password like "D0gw0odTree28??!!%" mixing up the numbers, letters, and symbols will make it harder for hackers to hack your site.
Also, make sure you have a back up system that works. I use GVO Hosting and I have a backup software in my Cpanel. To learn more about GVO hosting go here: http://jadendaniels.gogvo.com
I also learned from GVO Academy about using a test blog. It is a lot better to make errors with your test blog than you money making site.

You can stop hacking by definig the isp on your FTP account, so only your ISP can log in

One of the worse experience online is to wake up one day and realize that your website has been hacked!
