Nick Murray from UNH NORML questions Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman on his view of federal intervention in state cannabis laws.

Huntsman was at the Town Hall in Exeter, NH hours after he announced his candidacy for President at Liberty State Park in New Jersey.

Question: would you prosecute growers and sellers of marijuana in states where it has been made legal?

Answer: I would let states decide that.

  • Bad place for an interview

  • Nice job Nick Murray and UNH NORML. This is news to me and I believe to many. And I follow it. And then there were at least three candidates who are sane on marijuana in the GOP Primary for President. Ron Paul & Gary Johnson being the other two!
