This is great but you should specify the temperature at which one should cook the pastries.

@jayvielo you've got that right ,this is the only way to eat them . not powdered sugar and it gives the pastry that shine on top .YUMMY

The only thing missing is the corn syrup on top..... it gives it a better flavor and makes the sugar stick!!!!
