This was pretty awesome Marc! Different insight then most other blogs that just explain how you eat and train or what supps you take. This gave conceptual insight to you as a business man, entrepreneur, and your priorities in life as a father and husband and how bodybuilding fits into that. Not how your family has to bend to fit in bodybuilding. Kirkwood was awesome and I appreciate the discussions we had!
