@Jenny8903ful i find my skins a bit sensitive for cold water...i tried it before and your spots dry up but my skin got over dry and tight, even after moisturizer..see what works best for you tho...

advice is useless, spots will appear no matter what you do and they clear up when they're good and ready. fckin skin, it's pathetic..

@irishspeaker1 i had the the very same problem and the hardest part was just getting rid of my fringe, knowing that people would be staring at my forehead but since my fringe is gone my forehead is clearer than ever, it just takes alot of guts to let people see whats under your bangs but in a few weeks you should see really good results, also drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruit and drink green tea! , make sure to shower in luke warm water too, hot water makes my skin worse..hope this helps
