I have an OBB, she's 4 and extremely lovable. Everyone wants to take her home! However, if someone were to try and break into my house, there's no doubt she would mess them up hardcore.
However, you should never want your dog in that position! Get an alarm system and rely on your dog for loving companionship and hugs, not attacking.

I have a female OBB, best dog that I've ever had, my eleven year old and shiloh(dog's name) are inseparable, she is very protective and for the size an imposing sight when she thinks that he is in danger. Cool to see

@MrSmokinitup The exact origin is a bit foggy. But (as far as I know) the original "Boston" breed was the result of English Bulldog and White English Terrier (the latter is now extinct and is also the ancestor of the Bull Terrier).
