man,these guys (Couture-Cole)extremely fit, and strong and very HUMBLE as they come. Trust me when i say not many fighters can jump in the ring at this age. Unfortunately, this sports got fans who are still playing catch up.

@snakerattle79 You train for ever fighter different vera is good striker weak on the ground so he trained to beat him at his weakness.Coleman is a great wrestler with poor stand up so randy is training to beat him at his weakness stand up so he will sprawl and brawl coleman just like cro cop did back in the day.
