This sounds like such an amazing (if some what complicated) idea. I'd definitely like to get involved. The only thing I'd say to you as a warning is I've tried to get big stuff organised in the past for stand up comedy/drama evenings and the biggest problem I came across was health a safety. Its a bitch. Getting cover for a big scale thing where people can get filmed and you are effectivly responsible for their safety requires alot of paper work. Not enough to stop you, just a heads up.
