Oliver resides in Texas and the facility is under the gun by PETA, instead of trying to send resources the cult is trying to take over the Primate habitat.

Its not that Oliver is TOP SECRET, but the research to create a Humanzee is however, and is kept in the darkest shadows of research labs in various labs throughout the world.
Oliver is a species of chimp, there are normally 2 types of chimp, Oliver is the 3rd and no one seems to be interested in finding the rest of his clan sort a speak.
Oliver was sold by his original owner, Miller, because Oliver didnt want anything to do with other regular chimps, but tried to mount Millers wife.

Why someone would distort and screw up the story of Oliver is beyond me, looks like the guy that put this vid together was on an acid trip.
If you're interested in Oliver the "Humanzee" just do a web search on Humanzee Oliver , youll find all kinds of stuff, there is a short clip here on Youtube on him as well, I was hoping for something larger
