would you keep those separate or mix those together? or you were just showing the difference between the two?

Dang it! It's times like this I wish my speakers worked. Closed Caption anyone? I need to know what she's saying. I pump exclusively and there is never any fat when my milk separates in the fridge and my baby's poop is green. I know it's from not getting the hindmilk. grrr, I wish I could hear what she's saying

Mainly with breast pumping or breast feeding, getting the hind milk out is vitall.
If you are breast pumping and breastfeeding, this sounds reasonable.
Exclusive breast pumpers know when you have emptied your breasts and can do so each time you pump.
Breast feeding momsmay rotate breasts to ensure emptying one breast completely.
Feed your baby from one breast until baby is full or baby indicates that she/he is no longer getting milk from that breast, then offer the other breast.
