Most of these mixed matches are usually staged, but the look on
the boy's face is authentic. What's really incredible is that when the
boy is using all his might the girl doesn't seem to be. They're the
exact same size but she still rather easily overpowers him.

The reason she won is because she's stronger and since she's a cheerleader she's more athletic with stronger body muscles and leg muscles. I bet if this was a wrestling match she would have pinned after 20 seconds.

Science wise, men are supposed to be 7% stronger than women if they're both the exact same height, weight, and BMI. I think a cute girl like that being that powerful is sexy, but it still doesn't change the fact that that guy is a total weakling.
