"CHAOS" is any movement that the major powers do NOT control. Revolution, would be labeled "Chaos". It is not Chaos, it is people taking state power in their own hands. It is what working people all over the world should do. Using the term Chaos, is an effort to demonize, a glorious expression of bypassing the worlds powers and govt. whos main purpose is to suppress this type of democracy.
Russia and the USA are well entrenched and involved in the internal affairs of other countries
