@youngbuck189 what is the tope of the card? my old teacher's friend worked out and lifted weights 2 hours a day for a year, then he died from the heart pumping too fast. punk is little? at least he has talent and not just a talentless bodybuilder. look at Ezekiel Jackson, he is jacked, but he is a horrible wrestler. people like eddie died because of the "ideal image" of a world champion is jacked with muscle. he took steroids and died from heart failure.

@DarkAero94 Clearly you have never been in a gym, nor do you understand what the human body is capable off. If you think that would kill me then you should think the majority of bodybuilders, powerlifters and a lot of wrestlers would be dead right now. The majority of them are not dead, and if they are it's not from working out every day.
