This guy really knows his art. The editing was not good, they cut the final part of his flying kick.

At least the person filming him knew to make it look like he was doing anything worth seeing they'd have to keep the shots tight...
Wow, back in the old days when people didnt have radios, tvs, and internet... they didn't have anything else to do so they'd train? Pretty smart too
