  • Smoking doesn't casuse MS!!

  • @longleggedmakdaddy Well, since we do not know exactly what causes MS, all we can say is that smoking sure can not help. I was just referring to what I grew up with. After seeing my mother now dealing with all kinds of lung problems and losing my father to lung cancer in 1995, I really can not find anything good to say about smoking.

  • I really want my two kids ages 9 and 12 to get this doppler ultrasound thing to make sure there is something to keep aware of

  • @mandi7and10

Yes we can not only think of current "MS" patients. We must also think of what can be prevented in the future for our kids. Holding back on testing for the next generation and so on is what we need to think of most. We all need the Doppler MRV testing now.

  • @rebecawatson57 No it isn't. It is an honest opinion- mine.

  • The wrong shape of the veins come from a genetic defect.

(forgot the name of the gene, a team found it clearly related to "MS", but had no clue yet of what the defect does affect, Sure they hadnt heard of CCSVI yet).

Smoking heavily might worsen the veins condition,,,

  • @tazscott14 Now, we know

  • just a comment, Angioplasty has been around a long time, I think tho, that Angioplasty of the Veins is less well studies, it's usually Arteries....

  • Thanks for the video...some good points. Don't forget about the white stuff falling about you and vitamin D deciency. You also have a darker complexion, which makes vitamin D harder to uptake...then there is heredity. Just the tip of the iceburg, friend. Stay strong like the rest of us and keep avocating - that's the only way.
