LoL, I think this video is meant to point out how ineffective the PSA's Partnership for a Drug Free America has put out to the public for the last 20 years. I think everyone should know that PFDA is largely funded by Pharmaceutical Drug companies and the ONDCP are allowed by law to lie to you.
