What is this animal??

I need some help. There's an insect (or bird i dont know) that keeps making that horrible noise during the night. I cant sleep because of it unless i closed the window of course. But im wondering, WHAT IS IT? Does anyone knows? Its too loud to be a cricket...

J'ai besoin d'aide. Il y a cet insect (ou oiseau je ne sais pas) qui n'arrête pas de faire du bruit pendant la nuit. Ça m'empêche de dormir sauf si je ferme la fenêtre évidemment. Mais je me demande vraiment C'EST QUOI? Est-ce que quelqu'un sait? C'est trop fort pour être un criquet...

thats a ciccada or siccada. very very noisy bug. I used to think it was the moon when I was a kid. but thats its mating call. u have to figure out how to say no in its language...

It could be an owl,definately a bird and dem owls is nocturnal
