@BroncoBill321 This sounds like you are not connected properly. Please follow the DAW Setup Guide and contact support with screenshots of your settings, included a spec of your system and any other relevant information.

i have a novation sl mk II when i try to add the automap control part in the ports i dont have the 'automap propellorhead' option. i have reason 5 with record 1.5. can you help please?
