樱花树下Beneath the Cherry Blossom Tree李逸Lee Yee

This song is a duet by Malaysian Chinese singers Lee Yee and Mary Sia. This is my favourite song by Lee Yee. At the time the song was released, I felt that Huang Xiao Jun should be the one Lee dueted with. In retrospect, I believe Life Records made the right decision. Although not as popular as Huang, Mary was an equally good， if not better， singer. Lee Yee's extremely emotional vocals are fully exhibited in this sad song and Mary's vocals complement the song well. I can still feel the tinge of sadness I felt when I first heard this song. I hope my friends here would enjoy it too.

Thanks! I always loved Lee Yee's version of classic oldies. Some of the songs written by Life Records writers were very good too. When Teresa Teng started out, the same writers wrote many of her hits. Thank you for your encouraging comments.

I remember I was in my teen and I was crazy about him, his look, voice and songs, I wrote to him and he sent me 2 photos which appeared on this video too, when I read the new he was hit and died, myheart ached and broken for him and his family. And I was very upsetted with the scramble motorist that killed him. I hope that guy has paid his due to him. Thanks for the videos of my most beloved and talented singer in this world. Hope our Lord will keep him in is tender care.
