  • well... god must not like you then.

  • If he were to force people to do good would that really be Him showing love? He lets us make our own decisions and when we get hurt or hurt others by our own decisions, then He is there to help us heal when we turn to Him. The key is turning to Him when we're hurting. If you'd like to respond I'm open to discussing this further.

  • hey there just 2w4tch... why do you think God must not like me? Not everything "bad" that we experience is necessarily from God. God allowed the divorce to happen, sure, but that's because He gave my parents the choice (or free will) to remain together or get divorced. So, yes, he didn't force them to stay together but that doesn't mean God doesn't like me... (continued)

  • you don't need God to get through divorce you need therapy

  • Therapy helps, of course, but don't sell yourself short by not going to the greatest healer of all.

  • Thank you. That is exactly what I needed to hear. We've known for a while my parents were'nt happy together, but it just became "official". And I guess I'm not too upset because I'm going away to college in the fall so the living arrangements aren't going to effect me. But I'm praying for my little brothers because no one wants this, but at least my parents are friends, thats more than I can say for a lot of my friends. But I know God will get us through this.

  • Good job. thanks for sharing and helping others. Bless you!

  • @VeryFamousGuy I know how you feel. My mom and I don't get along at all but I have to stay at her house because my dad doesn't have room for me. She was always jealous cause I liked my dad and always yelled which made me wanna be around her even less. I tried my best to pretend I like being here but she always gets mad saying I'm 'NOT normal' Now I'm waiting for my dad to build an apartment so I can at least stay over on Thursdays. Just Stay strong! At least you have your siblings with you! :)

  • I wish I watched this video... when I was 4 -____-

  • The Father is always bad, right Mum? and don't let the children ever forget that.

  • this is what people need to hear Mark. My parents were MORmON & they are totally insane on stressing marriage. LDS have eternal marriage(supposedly). Ironically my parents never divorced but they were so into their church that I was practically an orphan. I had a place to stay but I had to work like a slave to help the family so my dad could have enough to pay his staggering MORmON offerings & keep everything else going. I laugh at these whiny kids who have split parents buying them ice cream

  • It really fucking sucks how have to get though this bullshit...

  • thanks this actually really helped. You really have blessed me through God today and I wish I could repay you. Thank you so much.

  • God , Bless u my brother , glad to know u ok.

  • Thanks.

  • thanks for sharing ur testimony. i know God's love surpasses all things, just that i need to figure how to get myself out of this rut of no motivation. again thanx for sharing and i hope that God will make u an aspect of His divine light.

  • The sickest part of it all though, is that she collaborated with my dads brother to move into her new house with all of the furniyure she took from my dads. My uncle told her she was right in getting a divorce and he has aided her with any thing she asks. So my dad had a woman that ripped him off with most of his money and took his kids, while he was betrayed by his own brother. It almost sounds like a shakespearean play, but I assure you its too fucked up to be fiction.
