Remote collars are the best, when used the right way. It is NOT a torture device or what some people call a "shock collar". You get a happy dog and such fast results, it is amazing.

The video is to show the off leash control that you can gain with a remote collar. When I begin remote collar training the dog is always on a lead hooked to another collar. I never hook the lead to the electronic collar because once you have it in place you don't want it to move. A lead would cause too much movement. As the dog progresses through training I no longer use the lead.
