To answer your question "what should you not say to white people," is the same as what should you not say to black people or Asians or anyone: don't make stereotypical assumption statements, such as all white people are racist or clueless about others.
What I would like to know is how diversity training deals white white people. What should I not say that might opffend white people and how should I respect their cultural needs?
