  • THIS DOESNT WORK

  • This does work as long as you do it gently! Also, don't do this if you've had any vertebrae in your neck fused. What works even better is an inflatable neck traction device...Always gently and slowly!

  • OMG thank you sooooo much !!! my neck was killing me, after i did this it was sooo much better! once again THANK you !!

  • I just tried this twice, once for 20 secs, and once for 30 secs. For reasons yet unclear, I have serious neck probs that cause tension headaches severe enough for me to go to an UrgentCare on more than 1 occasion. I have notable stiffness on the left side of neck, which causes my left shoulder to draw itself upward and this exercise alleviated 65% of my stiffness, decreasing my headache. *30 minutes pass* Now my headache is almost completely gone! Amazing!

  • How about a rope from the roof trusses in the garage?

  • what a load of bollocks

  • What if you broke your neck while doing this?

  • its realy nice

  • Awesome! Awesome,, Awesome! I love you! Thanks a lot!

  • This made it worse and made me not be able to get up for about 15 mins..

  • Amazing!!!. Thankyou. I was surprised . When I was doing it I could feel the stretch and that felt good. But after I was done I laid there for a minute and I felt this feeling, I had never felt in my neck. Like I could feel it lifted with air. That was the best part. I got up and walked around turning my head. it was great. I'm about to try it again. Thanks a lot.

  • I just can't release slowly and gentle
