ZSNES: How to patch IPS with zsnes

Since a few people are having a bit of trouble with the new IPS file, i decide to do a simple tutorial for you guys.

Check my "Zsnes basic tutorial" it's rather shitty but it's useful.

Did you check if your rom is clean? If it's a SMW Rom, use the tool on the description of the video, don't worry, no downloads, the tool can be used in your browser.
