Celebrated chef and television personality José Andrés has debuted in Las Vegas with the opening of Jaleo and his newest restaurant concept China Poblano at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. In this video, José talks about bringing Jaleo to Las Vegas and the introduction of China Poblano, which is Mexico meets China. José is known for his passion for cooking and molecular gastronomy and he shares a little bit about his classes at Harvard.

  • i love this guy! he wanted some last minute work done on jaleo (we did the red beads along the back wall, check them out if you get to go) and he liked them so much and we did a clean, quick job so he invited my crew and i to dinner. we didnt get to see the bill, but estimating with the menu prices it was around a $600 bill. thanks jose! food was delicious! TRY THE ROSEMARY LEMONADE!
