In between levels you can speak to two characters, which shapes up the plot of the game a bit (i.e. they explain background info and why Grave is going to these locations). I've decided to leave those segments out to make my life easier and to not lengthen out this playthrough. If you're that interested in seeing them, pick up the game itself, it's fun and cheap.
Gungrave is awesomely stylish and gorgeous and if you know how to play it, very, very fun. It's very easy to get to grips with, as you get to shoot up just about anything while looking absolutely cool, but balancing out all the areas in which are rewarded in can be a quite challenge. Regardless, it is a very short game with not much replay value, but the sheer thrill of its fast, quick-burst gameplay is always satisfying to me.
The game has a lot of flair, featuring designs by Yasuhiro Nightow of Trigun fame, with various other contributions from artists bringing the game to life, and even has a soundtrack by Tsuneo Imahori, who was responsible for the music in Cowboy Bebop. His soundtrack is some truly excellent stuff, though it's a little obscured by all the heavy amounts of gunfire in the game, it really sets the mood.
Gungrave is property of Red Entertainment and Sega.
I've never seen this show b4. When was this made?
