I wrote this song while sitting in a homeless shelter reflecting on all the things I once owned. I watched the adulterous truth come out about a loved one's wife and I started noticing the statistics for cancer in children and in adults. I have lived most of my life on a dangerous edge unwillingly to conform to mediocrity, but by pushing myself so hard to avoid being average I ended up pushing myself into a lifestyle of poor health and addiction. The message of this video is clear, we need to find a way out of our self defeat and be happy for what we are and what we have.... If we can take time to relate with the broken, then that is where we will find peace in ourselves. One Love!
