thank you for da info i ordered the ipod adapter for the usb cable last week but i was wondering if u could just connect the ipod to the usb cable wich i guess its only for storage...Thanks again oh one more thing what type of car do u have?

do you have a rear view camera?
i have the 810 model and was wondering if you could use the camera input while listening to music.

I think you can't use the camera while listening mp3s. If you want to select an external video source you have to put the JVC in "a/v input" mode, you cannot do it in "mp3" mode.
The only way to do that is to connect an external mp3 player to the "audio in" connectors and connect the camera on the "video in". But it isn't a smart solution.

no. you can't remove the display. It's all in one.
